At KQScents, each product is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. Because our candles and fragrance products are handmade in small batches, we maintain a thoughtful return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
